AI @ Work: Productivity or Pressure?

How is it showing up for you?
Take five minutes to check in on how AI is really affecting your relationship with work and get a personalised read on your wellbeing in return.

Three Forces Shaping Mental Health In 2026
Efficiency often comes with a hidden cost. Last year's data already showed the strain building. This year, we're asking how AI fits into that picture. The Acceptance Baseline
of Gen Z employees living with a mental health condition don't feel comfortable opening up about their struggles at work, silence has become the default response, not the exception.
The Pressure Paradox
is how much more likely an employee under extremely severe stress is to become a low performer compared to one with low stress, proving that pressure erodes output faster than effort can compensate for it.
The Cognitive Drain
of employees already show moderate to high presenteeism, physically at work, but performing at a noticeably reduced capacity.

About the campaign
As AI speeds up how work gets done, expectations tend to accelerate with it. That can create a hidden load — constant task-switching, checking and correcting AI output, and for some people, a sense of distance from the craft of their own work.
Yes. Your responses are anonymous and securely stored. We never share individual results, and nothing you submit can be traced back to you personally.
Naluri's Emotional Wellbeing Assessment (EWA-7), is based on components from established, validated measures - including GAD-2, PHQ-2, and the DASS-9 (Stress subconstruct) to capture how mental health shows up in job performance and absence.
This year, we've added a new set of questions designed by our research team specifically to understand how AI is shaping people's experience of work: covering job-security worries and pace-of-change stress, whether AI has raised what's expected of you at work, and how relying on AI day to day is affecting your confidence in your own thinking.
It takes less than 5 minutes. You'll get a personalised wellbeing snapshot immediately, along with tailored resources and, where relevant, an invitation to connect with support.
You get your result and a wellbeing check from our companion Luna.
It takes about 5–10 minutes to complete. You can do it in one go, and all responses are kept private and confidential.
Yes, the assesment can be deployed across your entire organisation. Current clients should contact their client strategy PIC for the link. If you're not a client, you can self-enroll here and your data will be benchmarked solely against your own company.
About Luna
Luna is your AI care companion, designed to support your emotional wellbeing journey with empathy and warmth. She was created to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for support, helping you build inner strength, self-awareness, and resilience. In this campaign, she serves as your guide through the World Mental Health Day assessment.
Luna walks with you through the assessment process and offers a personalized, warm reflection based on your results. Her message is designed to feel supportive, calm, and human, grounded in your responses and personal profile. She will provide a summary of your results, offer gentle, contextual nudges based on your unique profile—like suggesting micro-breaks if work impact is high—and can suggest a soft hand-off to a Naluri professional coach if she identifies a moderate or high emotional risk.
Luna won’t give you a diagnosis or tell you what to do, but she’ll offer gentle nudges, tips, and suggest reaching out to a coach if needed. While she’s designed to support you emotionally, she doesn’t replace professional or clinical help.
