1st to 28th February 2026.
What is the challenge about?

The Focus Formula helps participants build calmer routines, sharpen mental clarity, and boost emotional wellbeing.

Over 4 weeks, you'll complete small tasks focused on mood tracking, assessments, mindful eating, and movement while earning points on the Naluri App.

When can I register for the challenge?

You can register anytime before 28th February 2026 or during the challenge. Ideally, register at least one week before to get the most benefit!

How can I register?

Register via "The Focus Formula" lesson under the Learn tab in the Naluri App or Web.

Who can register?

Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, or Thailand.

Do I need to register to participate?

Yes. Registration via "The Focus Formula" lesson is required.

What do I need to do each week to stay in the challenge and earn points?

Here's the breakdown for all four weeks:

Week 1: Mood Journal (1-7 February):

1. Complete at least 5 mood journal reflections during the week to stay eligible.

2. Each reflection earns 25 points (max 1 per day).

Week 2: Assessments (8-14 February):

1. Complete at least 2 assessments during the week.

2. Each assessment = 100 pts. 

Week 3: Food Journal (15-21 February):

1. Log at least 4 meals during the week.

2. Only 1 meal per time slot (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) counts per day. 

3. Points per meal are based on quality: 
Good = 100 pts
Moderate = 50 pts
Poor = 30 pts. 

Week 4: Steps (22-28 February):

1. Log at least 7,000 total steps for the week to stay in the running.

2. Points are awarded based on total weekly steps: 

7,000-9,999 = 100 pts
10,000-9,999 = 200 pts
20,000-60,000 = 300 pts.

What about bonus actions?

Bonus Points
Full Reflection Streak = +30 points for completing a reflection every day of the week with no misses in Week 1.

Attend Community Webinar = +30 points for attending one of the challenge webinars during the challenge period. 

Complete Additional Assessments = +30 points for completing more than 2 assessments in Week 2. 

Meeting the minimum weekly requirements keeps you eligible for the Grand Prizes, and bonus points help boost your total score and leaderboard position!

What happens if requirements are met?

Completing the minimum weekly tasks keeps you eligible for the Grand Prizes. Bonus points boost your total score and help climb the leaderboard.

How do I stay eligible to win?

To stay eligible for the Grand Prize, you must complete the minimum weekly tasks for all four weeks of the challenge:

Week 1: 1 – 7 February 2026

Week 2: 8 – 14 February 2026

Week 3: 15 – 21 February 2026

Week 4: 22 – 28 February 2026

Participants who complete the weekly requirements will earn points. Additional points can be collected through bonus actions such as extra logs or webinar attendance.

At the end of the challenge, the three participants with the highest total points will each win Sony ULT WEAR Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (worth USD $249.99).

How do I log entries into the Mood Journal?

You can access the Mood Journal from the Naluri app or web under the "Health" section. Enter your reflections during Week 1 (1 - 7 February 2026).

- Only 1 reflection per day will count toward the challenge.

- Each reflection is worth 25 points.

- Submitting reflections on all 7 days is required.

- Only reflections submitted during Week 1 count toward the challenge requirement.

How do I complete the DASS mental health assessment?

The DASS mental health assessment can be found in the Health tab of the Naluri app or web. It takes approximately 7 minutes to complete and consists of 21 questions. 

To meet the Week 2 requirement, you must complete the DASS assessment between 8 – 14 February 2026. 

Completing the DASS assessment earns 100 points. 

Assessments completed before Week 2 will not count toward the challenge requirement. 

You can also earn bonus points by completing additional assessments from the Learn tab on top of DASS (+30 pts per assessment, no repeats). 

How do I log meals into the Food Journal?

You can access the Food Journal from the Naluri app or web under the Track section. 

Log your meals during Week 3 (15 – 21 February 2026). 

Only 1 meal per time slot (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) counts per day.

Each meal earns points based on quality: 

Good = 100 pts
Moderate = 50 pts
Poor = 30 pts

Log at least 4 meals during the week to stay eligible. Only meals logged during Week 3 count toward the challenge requirement.

How do I track my steps?
You can track your steps through the Naluri app or by syncing your device. 

Steps must be logged during Week 4 (22 – 28 February 2026). 

You need at least 7,000 total steps for the week to stay eligible. 

Points are awarded based on total weekly steps: 

7,000-9,999 = 100 pts
10,000-19,999 = 200 pts
20,000-60,000 = 300 pts 

Only steps tracked during Week 4 count toward the challenge requirement.

What are the prizes available?
The Top 3 participants with the highest total points at the end of the challenge will each win a Garmin Vivoactive 5 (RP: USD 269.90).
Can I win more than once?
No. Each participant can only win one Grand Prize during the challenge period.
How are the winners determined?

Winners are determined based on total points at the end of the challenge. 


The top three participants with the highest points will each receive a Garmin Vivoactive 5 Smartwatch.

How many winners will there be?
There will be 3 Grand Prize winners.
When and where will the winners be announced?
The three Grand Prize winners will be announced on Naluri’s Instagram and via the Naluri app after the challenge ends.

Winners will also be contacted through the email address linked to their Naluri account within 4-6 weeks after the challenge closes.

Please note: prize delivery may take 30–60 working days after confirmation. Keep an eye on your inbox in case you win.

Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions – The Productivity Palace

Eligibility
a. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
b. Participants must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
c. Participants must reside in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, or the Philippines.

Participation
a. Participation in the challenge is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing during the challenge.

Challenge Guidelines
a. Participants must register for the challenge to be eligible.
b. Participants may be required to log their steps, meals, reflections, and lessons in the Naluri App during the designated challenge period.
c. Participants must comply with all rules and guidelines provided by the challenge organisers.
d. Any form of cheating or misrepresentation of submissions will result in disqualification.

Privacy
a. Participant data collected during registration and throughout the challenge will be used solely for organising and evaluating the challenge.
b. Participant data will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
c. By participating, participants consent to their personal data being collected, processed, and used by Naluri in accordance with the Naluri Privacy Policy.
d. Participants also consent to their data being used for marketing and promotional activities, including media and online publications, interviews, photographs, and related content, and agree to cooperate in such publicity activities.

Ownership of Content
a. Participants retain ownership of their steps, journals, and any content submitted during the challenge.
b. Participants grant the challenge organisers the right to use and display their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

Indemnity
a. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the challenge organisers, their affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the challenge.

Disqualification and Termination
a. Organisers reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate terms or engage in unethical or harmful behaviour.
b. Organisers reserve the right to terminate or modify the challenge at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability
a. The challenge organisers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants’ personal property or health during the challenge.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

Acknowledgment
By registering, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Prizes & Winner Notification
a. At the end of the challenge, the Top 3 participants with the highest total points will each win a Garmin Vivoactive 5 (RP: USD $269.99 / RM1,599).
b. Each participant may only win one Grand Prize.
c. Winners will be contacted via the email address linked to their Naluri account within 2–4 weeks after the challenge ends to confirm delivery details.
d. Prize delivery may take 60–90 working days from confirmation.
e. Organisers are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or incorrect participant information.

How to Participate
a. Download and log in to the Naluri App.
b. Register via the “The Productivity Palace” lesson under the Learn tab.
c. Complete weekly activities (steps, meals, reflections, lessons) to earn points and stay in the running for the Grand Prizes.

Bonus Points
a. Complete extra lessons beyond the minimum (+50 pts per extra lesson).
b. Bonus points help increase leaderboard ranking but do not replace minimum weekly requirements.
