About the campaign
This campaign is part of our annual initiative for World Mental Health Day. Running from October 1 to October 31, it's designed to help you understand and reflect on your emotional, work, and social wellbeing through a short, science-based assessment.
After completing the questions, you will receive your results on a clearly labeled risk tier (Low / Moderate / High) for each domain. You’ll gain a snapshot of your current wellbeing, along with supportive insights and practical tips to help you take the next step. You will also be greeted by Luna, our new AI Care Companion, who is designed to make your results easy to understand and act on. For more details on how she works, please see the 'About Luna' section.
Presenteeism refers to being physically present at work but mentally or emotionally unwell, which impacts productivity and wellbeing. Our theme “The Pause that Powers Progress” invites everyone to slow down and check in with their mental health.
It takes about 5–10 minutes to complete. You can do it in one go, and all responses are kept private and confidential.
About Luna
Luna is your AI care companion, designed to support your emotional wellbeing journey with empathy and warmth. She was created to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for support, helping you build inner strength, self-awareness, and resilience. In this campaign, she serves as your guide through the World Mental Health Day assessment.
Luna walks with you through the assessment process and offers a personalized, warm reflection based on your results. Her message is designed to feel supportive, calm, and human, grounded in your responses and personal profile. She will provide a summary of your results, offer gentle, contextual nudges based on your unique profile—like suggesting micro-breaks if work impact is high—and can suggest a soft hand-off to a Naluri professional coach if she identifies a moderate or high emotional risk.
Luna won’t give you a diagnosis or tell you what to do, but she’ll offer gentle nudges, tips, and suggest reaching out to a coach if needed. While she’s designed to support you emotionally, she doesn’t replace professional or clinical help.
Your privacy
Yes. There is minimal risk associated with taking the assessment. The information that you provide will be kept confidential on Naluri's secure server. No personal identifier information will be taken, and all responses collected will be kept confidential to Naluri. Only aggregated data on the population level will be shared as results of the research study.
