Our Founders


Chief Executive Officer

Azran Osman-Rani is an experienced business leader with over 20 years experience in building new, innovative and disruptive businesses that challenge conventional status quo. He was the founding CEO of AirAsia X Berhad, and led it from start-up to IPO in 6 years, achieving annual revenues of over RM3 billion with over 2,500 employees.

He was also part of the founding team at iflix, an internet video-on-demand service, as its CEO of Malaysia, and helped to scale it to 650 employees across over 20 countries in 2 years. He was an Associate Partner of McKinsey & Company. He holds a Masters in Management Science & Engineering, and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, both from Stanford University. He is an Ironman triathlete and passionate about health and fitness.

Chief Commercial Officer

Dr. Jeremy Ting has a dual passion in both healthcare and tech. He is an experienced healthcare industry professional, advising insurance companies and healthcare providers across strategy, operational improvements, turnarounds, service reconfigurations, and digital transformations, amongst other topics. He has also served governments on key economic development topics, as well as both strategic and institutional investors on healthcare market entries and acquisitions.

Jeremy trained and worked as a medical doctor in both the UK and US and then spent 6 years at McKinsey & Company based out of the UK and Southeast Asian offices. He holds a BMBCh (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) and BA in Medical Science (Neuroscience) from the University of Oxford.

Chief Health Psychologist

Dr Hariyati Shahrima Abdul Majid (PhD in Health Psychology, Surrey) is Malaysia’s leading expert in stress management, chronic management, and motivational interviewing, with over 20 years of clinical and research experience.

Her specific area of research and clinical practice is in psychological predictors of recovery from coronary heart disease among Malaysians and predictors of willingness to attend cardiac rehabilitation programs. Her academic experience was at Universiti Islam Malaysia, and she also set up the Psychology Unit and Lifestyle Modification Centre at Prince Court Medical Centre. She was the consultant psychologist for the Biggest Loser Asia TV show.
