This initiative was introduced through a series of engaging events at various Jaya Grocer outlets, culminating in the 2024 HR Roadshow.
Naluri’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is designed to address various aspects of wellbeing, encompassing mental, physical, financial, social, and occupational wellness. This holistic approach ensures that Jaya Grocer's employees receive support that is multifaceted and tailored to their individual needs.
The programme includes a range of services to support these wellness goals. Health assessments and virtual consultations provide employees with regular health check-ups and access to professional advice. The Naluri App and Web offer a wealth of health and wellness resources, easily accessible to all employees. Additionally, the programme includes a dedicated careline and textline, ensuring that support is just a call or a message away. A dedicated wellness website also serves as a central hub for all these tools and resources.
The roadshow events at Jaya Grocer outlets were met with exceptional enthusiasm. We were thrilled to see a high level of engagement from outlet employees, with attendance nearing 100 at some of the larger outlets. This demonstrated a genuine interest among the staff in understanding the upcoming changes and the support provided by Jaya Grocer's HR team.
The roadshow served as a crucial platform for connecting with Jaya Grocer's outlet employees and communicating the forthcoming changes to HR benefits in 2024. The HR team took this opportunity to share insights from the end-of-year survey conducted last year, which highlighted the challenges faced by outlet employees. Our presence was aimed at jointly promoting and guiding them on how Naluri can play an integral role in supporting their mental and physical wellbeing.
