Astra Honda Motor, one of the largest automotive manufacturers in Indonesia, has launched its first comprehensive Employee Well-being Programme in partnership with Naluri. Available for all Astra Honda Motor employees, the programme includes a range of support and resources designed to improve overall health and well-being.
To commemorate the launch of the programme, Naluri Mental Health Coach Fatimah Muthahirah hosted a health talk that highlighted the importance of goal-setting and tracking, with actionable steps everyone can take to make progress. The Astra Honda Motor team also participated in a company-wide emotional well-being measure with the Naluri Mental Health Assessment. This private and confidential self-survey is used to identify risk factors for depression, anxiety, stress, and burnout.
The Naluri coaching team was also on-site, available for immediate consultations to help the Astra Honda Motors team determine the best and most effective interventions for themselves. The Naluri coaching team also helped employees understand their mental health state better.
