Frequently asked questions

Who can participate? The survey is open to Naluri users residing in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
How long does the survey take?

It takes about 7–10 minutes to complete.
How will I get my voucher?

Shopee vouchers will be sent via email within 4-6 business weeks after your survey submission (or earlier once slots are confirmed).
Is there a limit to participants?

Yes, slots are capped per country (MY: 55, TH: 10, ID: 10).

Once filled, the survey will close.
Will my responses be anonymous?

Yes, all responses will be kept strictly confidential and used only to improve Naluri’s programmes.
How do I qualify for the voucher?

To qualify, you must answer all questions and meet the minimum word count for open-ended responses. Submitting a response does not guarantee a reward; vouchers will only be given if slots are still available (the first 50 for MY, the first 10 for ID & TH) and your submission meets all requirements.

Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Open only to residents of Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Employees of Naluri and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Survey Participation

  • Each individual may only submit the survey once. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions will not be rewarded.
  • The survey must be completed in full to qualify for the reward.
  • Note: Completing the survey does not guarantee a reward. Only valid submissions within the available slots will qualify.

  • To qualify for the reward, participants must:

    • Answer all questions in the survey.

    • Meet the minimum word count required for open-ended responses.

  • Submission alone does not guarantee a reward - vouchers are issued only if slots are available and all requirements are met.

3. Reward Distribution
  • Rewards are limited to the first 55 valid participants in Malaysia, 10 in Thailand, and 10 in Indonesia. Once these slots are filled, the survey will be closed.
  • Eligible participants will receive a Shopee voucher worth RM20 (or the local currency equivalent in TH/ID).
  • Vouchers will be distributed via email within 4–6 business weeks after the survey submission is verified.
  • Shopee vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4. General Conditions

  • Naluri reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
  • Naluri is not responsible for any issues with voucher redemption, including but not limited to: lost, expired, or misused vouchers, or technical issues on Shopee’s platform.
  • Naluri reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this survey and its terms at any time without prior notice.
5. Privacy & Data Use
  • By participating, you consent to Naluri’s collection and use of your responses for survey evaluation and programme improvement purposes only.
  • Your responses will remain strictly confidential and anonymised in any reporting.
  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with Naluri’s Privacy Policy.
