GlobalFoundries, one of the world’s leading multi-national semiconductor manufacturing operators, recently launched its first Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in partnership with Naluri. The programme is designed to provide support and resources to their employees to improve their mental health and well-being.
To kick off the programme, Naluri was invited to the GlobalFoundries offices to host a two-day event for all employees. The event started off with an employee well-being survey, a company-wide assessment to establish each employee’s risk factors for common mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, and burnout. These private and confidential surveys establish a baseline of health that will help the Naluri coaching team determine the best, most effective interventions. The survey also helped GlobalFoundries employees understand their mental health state better.
To wrap up the launch, a lucky draw was held where 30 winners received a Naluri Bluetooth Weighing Scale, a perfect complement to the Naluri App that forms part of the EAP.
